We hate being hassled when something isn’t right. Our goal is to spread happiness in the world with great products. If you want to return or exchange your purchase in the first 30 days for any reason, please return unused in like-new condition. For clothing this means unwashed and for other items it means in the original packaging.
Quality
Our craftspeople work hard to make the highest quality items out of very expensive materials. Feal guarantees all its products against manufacturer defects. Inspect your purchases carefully upon receipt. If you believe it to have a manufacturer defect, please return unused in like-new condition. Please let us repair or replace with a like item or issue a refund if necessary.
Processing Returns

If you would like to return or exchange an item you ordered, please first email cs@feal.us to receive an RMA number then ship your package to:

Please ship your items postage-paid, insured, with a tracking number.

If you return any item, your return will be processed, and your account credited, about 2-3 weeks after we have received your returned items at our Distribution Center. We will refund your purchase price only. A credit will be issued to your credit card, or you will receive a check if you paid by check or money order. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage.

If you exchange your item(s), Please send return using an insured and/or traceable service to the Returns Department address. Also, include record of your order (copy of receipt, order # or billing name/address/ph#). Please specify exactly which product and color you would like to receive in exchange.

Incorrect Order Received

If you received an item in error, please contact customer service at 1-866-652-3325 or cs@feal.us. . You will be refunded the purchase price of the item. To obtain correct item please reorder at http://www.fealgoods.com.
